Great stay at Courtyard Hagerstown. Facility was beautiful, clean, well maintained. Kami at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was Shay at the restaurant/bar. I would recommend this Courtyard and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Wow, this is a very clean, nice, and roomy hotel. I travel a lot and could only wish I stayed at hotels this nice. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful stay at this well-operated property. The customer service at this property was especially top notch, making an already comfortable stay that much better. I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service provided by Tim at the front desk - he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome! The other staff at the front desk were also super friendly, as was Jamie from housekeeping who was super helpful. Thank you Courtyard Hagerstown team for a wonderful stay!

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Great for large groups and super close to the shopping areas. Staff are friendly and I love that house keeping AREN'T knocking on the door early in the morning. The beds and linen are soft and the floors passed the white sock test!!! Just be aware that breakfast is at the bistro for a fee ($10 -15) and NOT included with your stay. The menu was ok and they do have Starbucks coffee. It did smell good.
Great location - right off the highway and tons of shops within the plaza. Comfy bed, quiet room, large living area and bathroom, good shower pressure. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash were very potent and sticky, but nice they were provided. Bath towels were soft and fluffy. Hot tub and indoor pool were open until 11pm; hot tub was clean and pool warm enough for being January!
Convenient to 81 and plenty of food options nearby. Parking is shared with hotel next door. Room was quiet and comfortable.
From the best location for our trip, to the excellent restaurant food and service, to the person who found that I left my pillow behind and called the desk to stop us before leaving, this Courtyard Marriott experience was absolutely lovely! The staff is warm and genuinely welcoming.
